Tractor-mounted turbine-driven orchard sprayers, known as atomizers, are suitable for mechanized spraying of chemical pesticides and liquid fertilizers in fruit and citrus orchards.

They boast high efficiency and productivity, reducing chemical consumption and significantly enhancing effectiveness against plant pests. Featuring a polyethylene tank resistant to chemical substances, equipped with two auxiliary tanks with a capacity of 2000 liters for system cleaning and manual use.

These sprayers come with a robust and industrial-grade chassis, along with external filters and sieves employing a 4-stage filtration system to protect the pumps and nozzles from damage.

The Italian-made piston and diaphragm pumps ensure reliability and functionality. It includes an Italian-made dial pressure regulator to facilitate easier operation and better control of the spray flow.

With the option of steel or galvanized fans manufactured in Turkey or Italy, available in diameters of 60, 80, and 100 centimeters, paired with double ceramic nozzles.

Equipped with dual-speed gearboxes, these sprayers offer adjustable fan airflow, all manufactured in Italy. They also come with a separate hydraulic agitator system, utilizing the pump’s return flow for better mixing of solutions inside the main tank. Additionally, a pre-mixer is included for mixing powdered substances within the tank lid.
