Tractor-Mounted Turbine Orchard Sprayer or Atomizer: Suitable for mechanized spraying of chemical pesticides and liquid fertilizers in fruit and citrus orchards. High efficiency and effectiveness, reducing pesticide consumption and improving pest control efficiency. Equipped with a resistant polyethylene tank capable of holding 1500 liters and including two additional tanks for system washing and manual use. Features a robust industrial chassis and external filters with a 4-stage filtration system to protect the pumps and nozzles. Fitted with Italian-made piston and diaphragm pumps, alongside an Italian-made clockwork pressure regulator for easier operation and better control of spray flow. Equipped with agricultural fans made of stainless steel or galvanized steel from Turkey or Italy, available in diameters of 60 cm, 80 cm, and 100 cm, with double ceramic nozzles. Includes dual-speed gearboxes with adjustable fan airflow capability manufactured in Italy. Integrated with a separate hydraulic mixer, using the pump’s return flow to improve mixing of the solution inside the main tank. Comes with a pre-mixer to facilitate blending of powdered pesticides inside the tank lid.
