A 1000-liter tow-behind turbine sprayer with a stainless steel tank suitable for mechanized spraying of chemical pesticides and liquid fertilizers in fruit and citrus orchards. It’s also ideal for disinfecting and mitigating environmental contamination in open spaces and large halls.

This sprayer boasts high efficiency and productivity, reducing pesticide usage while enhancing effectiveness in combating plant pests. It’s equipped with a durable polyethylene tank resistant to chemical pesticides, featuring additional 1000-liter (tow-behind and tractor-mounted) and 2000-liter (tractor-mounted) auxiliary tanks for system flushing and hand washing.

The unit comes with a robust and industrial-grade chassis, external filters and strainers with a 4-stage filtration system to prevent damage to the pump and nozzles. It’s outfitted with Italian-made piston and diaphragm pumps, an Italian-made dial pressure regulator for easier operation and better flow control.

Additionally, it includes a stainless steel or galvanized Turkish or Italian-made orchard fan with ceramic double nozzles in diameters of 60, 80, and 100 centimeters. The sprayer is furnished with dual-speed gearboxes and adjustable fan airspeed capability made in Italy.

It features a separate hydraulic agitator, independent of the pump’s return flow, for better mixing of the solution inside the main tank, along with a pre-mixer for blending powdered pesticides in the strainer on the tank lid. Plus, it comes with a warranty and after-sales service.
